Website information
Privacy Policy
How we handle information when you visit this website or contact TECH10.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Who to contact
This policy relates to N BASNET & Y CHOYI, trading as Tech10 Solutions, ABN 45 771 256 836, and using the TECH10 brand (we, us or our). For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or complaints, email support@tech10.com.au.
It covers this public website and initial enquiries. Information handling for a client project may also be addressed in that project’s agreement or a separate privacy notice.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, business name, the type of help you need and a message. It prepares a draft in your email application. Entering details or selecting “Prepare enquiry” does not submit them to a TECH10 website database.
We receive the details when you send the email. Your email provider may store the draft and process the message under its own privacy practices. We also receive information you send in later correspondence, including any attachments.
You can browse without providing contact details. If you contact us anonymously or provide limited information, we may be unable to respond or assess your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, credentials or information about others unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it.
Technical information
Serving a website involves processing connection details such as an IP address, requested page and browser information. Hosting and security services may retain access or error logs for operation, troubleshooting and security.
This website does not include advertising pixels, session-recording tools or third-party visitor analytics. Its graphics and fonts are served as website assets. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and browser storage.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal and manage related correspondence. Technical information may be used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Information may also be needed to meet legal obligations or address a dispute.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or give consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Vercel for website hosting and Microsoft Outlook for business email. Vercel processes website connection and request information; Microsoft processes messages sent to our business email and related correspondence. We do not use analytics, advertising or mailing-list tools. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for information about their services.
Information may also be disclosed where you authorise it, where reasonably necessary to obtain professional advice about an enquiry or dispute, or where required or permitted by law.
These providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where the providers and their service providers operate. The specific locations depend on the service, account settings and processing involved; we do not represent that all information stays in Australia. Contact us before sending information if you need details about storage locations.
Keeping information
Enquiries sent to us are held in business email and related records. We keep information only while needed for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, or applicable legal and record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Copies in backups may remain until the backup cycle expires.
No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. If you need to share confidential project material, contact us first to arrange an appropriate method.
Access, correction and complaints
Email us to ask about information we hold about you, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail for us to identify the information and understand your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing records.
We will review your request or complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If we cannot provide what you request, we will explain why, subject to legal restrictions. If your concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for guidance on whether it can consider your complaint.
Policy changes
We will update this page when the website’s information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Contact us if you would like clarification or an accessible copy.
